Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3–5 years related experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, select products for tests, and determine quality standards.
• Gauge control and calibration.
• Ensure compliance to document and records control processes.
• Follow AQL sampling plans according to QAP/QAR when specified.
• Perform tests on materials/products to measure dimensions, performance or characteristics.
• Record test data and apply statistical quality control procedures.
• Evaluate data and write reports indicating deviations from standards.
• Set up and perform destructive and nondestructive tests on materials or products.
• Prepare graphs or charts and input data for analysis.
