You will document inspection findings, generate reports, and determine acceptance or rejection while ensuring compliance and safety processes. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong judgment, and collaboration with Materials, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure accurate receiving and proper

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior or lead experience overseeing stores, logistics, and inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and safety process understanding.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel/Office for data entry and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of incoming shipments and identify discrepancies or damage.
• Verify contents against purchase orders, packing docs, and inspection checklists.
• Use basic measuring tools to validate measurement accuracy of incoming products.
• Identify and document Material Non-Conformances at Receiving Inspection.
• Complete, maintain and distribute quality records and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of material locations and stock control processes.
• Receive items into the inventory system with correct condition codes.
• Perform basic inventory control functions such as stocking, cycle counts, and labeling.
