Job summary

Healthy Living in Williston, VT is seeking a Receiving and Facilities Manager to oversee daily store operations, custodial management, and inventory control. You will lead a team, coordinate receiving, and ensure cleanliness and safety compliance while maintaining hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma; certifications or strong educational background preferred.
• At least 2 years in facility/building maintenance or related trades.
• Experience in account/contract supervision.
• Experience with supply ordering and receiving.
• Leadership experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Custodial management, receiving and inventory control, and staff leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily custodial operations and ensure cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
• Manage custodial vendor performance and communications to meet standards.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate all department staff; schedule and supervise shifts.
