Healthy Living is seeking a Guest Services Manager in Williston, VT to lead Front End operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, staff development, and hands-on supervision, including evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

You will manage POS systems, cash handling, and guest interactions while maintaining a hospitality-driven culture and day-to-day operational excellence. Join us to shape a guest-first environment with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Front End leadership and guest service experience is required.
• Experience coaching and developing staff is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized guest service in line with HL standards.
• Maintain a smooth Front End with POS and cash handling procedures.
• Address guest feedback and enforce returns and special orders policies.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for alcohol sales and operations.
• Assist in daily Front End tasks such as ringing and bagging.
• Troubleshoot POS issues and communicate major problems to leadership.
• Manage cash reconciliation and variance tracking.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the department.
• Inspire and lead Front End staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach new team members with the P&E team.
• Promote teamwork and high hospitality standards.
• Own performance evaluations and stay interviews as needed.
