Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and distribution control of incoming supplies.
• Direct stockroom staff in correct storage of stockroom items.
• Inspect receipts for accuracy, damage, and expiration date where applicable.
• Enter receiving data into MMIS to ensure accurate charging and distribution of stock items.
• Resolve discrepancies impacting receiving and financial records with minimal delay.
• Maintain records of open and backordered purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
