Job summary

Cosmo Cabinets in Eatonton, Georgia is seeking a Data Entry Receiving Clerk to accurately document inbound materials in the ERP system. You will process packing slips, BOLs, and PO receipts for sheet goods, lumber, doors, hardware, and finishes, maintaining organized records for Purchasing and Production.

Responsibilities include matching documents, generating labels, updating inventory locations, and assisting with counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of data entry, clerical, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Accurate typing and 10-key skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; ability to learn ERP/inventory software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Enter inbound receipts into the ERP/inventory system on the day of arrival.
• Match packing slips and bills of lading to open POs; verify part numbers, quantities, and specs.
• Print receiving labels, location tags, and put-away tickets for the receiving team.
• Close, partially receive, or back-order POs as appropriate.
• Log shortages, overages, damaged goods, and wrong-item receipts.
