Job summary

BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Covington, GA. You will manage inbound loads, coordinate with suppliers, and operate ERP and WMS systems to ensure accurate receiving and documentation.

Responsibilities include inventory tracking, reporting, and supporting cross-functional teams, with a focus on safety and process integrity. On-site role with standard daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3 years of relative experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules for inbound live loads by coordinating with suppliers.
• Operate ERP systems (JDE & SAP) and WMS Körber.
• Communicate with Welcome Center to align door assignments for receiving loads.
• Check in all containers per established parameters.
• Control inbound flows and perform container security checks.
• Record door/yard assignments into the yard management system and direct drivers.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in tracking and reporting data related to receipt/dispatch.
• Report inventory discrepancies to Inventory Control for investigation.
• Assist other warehouse roles and back up during absences.
