Responsibilities

• Coordinates and performs daily functions for supply and equipment distribution for departments and shipping services.
• Notifies departments of order status.
• Advises essential stakeholders of problems and delays on orders as needed.
• Acts as a liaison between department leadership, support staff, vendors, and customers to fulfill requests and resolve issues.
• Receives and inspects incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
