Job summary

ADUSA Distribution in Salisbury, NC is hiring a Warehouse Associate to perform shipping and receiving tasks and ensure accurate movement of product through our distribution center. Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment.
• Certified on powered industrial equipment where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned by supervisor or designee.
• Complete all shipping/receiving documents.
• Select and palletize grocery, produce, meat, frozen food and dairy orders for shipment to stores accurately.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-operational checks of pallet jacks or forklifts per policy.
• Maintain sanitation; keep area clean and debris-free.
• Suggest procedural changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
