Job summary

Clean Harbors in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join our team. The role handles all receiving duties to receive loads, prepare paperwork, and get loads ready for shipment from the facility.

Shift is 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday, with OT and weekends as needed. Pay range is $19-20 per hour, determined after interview based on experience. Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer with military and veteran friendliness.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse receiving and coordinating preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Health and Safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Process incoming loads of waste.
• Prepare paperwork for waste loads for shipment to Recycle Center/Distribution Center.
• Manage inventory order and receiving process.
• General housekeeping and keeping a clean work area.
• Ensure waste is stored in a safe and proper manner.
