Hydro in Yankton, SD is seeking a warehouse associate for 3pm–11pm shifts (Mon–Fri). Starting pay is $18.75–$24 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities include supporting continuous reliability improvements, safety training, inventory control, loading LTL shipments, cycle counts, and 5S initiatives, with forklift certification preferred. The role involves working in varied temperatures, basic math and computer skills, and strong communication with all levels of staff.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches.
• Ability to work 8, 10, 12 hour rotating shifts depending on shift availability, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply).
• Ability to perform basic computer application skills.
• Ability to communicate (both written & verbal) and work well with all employees at all levels, willing to learn new process and work with limited supervision.

Preferred Skills/Qialifications:

• Must be able to be forklift certified, CDL preferred but not required.
• Employee must have good vision or corrective lens to see visual defects.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
