APAC Central Inc. is seeking a Receiving Clerk to support accounting, purchasing, and office operations in a fast-paced construction environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy in processing receipts, invoices, and delivery verification, with collaboration across purchasing, AP, and vendors. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in related roles, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP tools.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least 2 years in accounting or purchasing roles.
• Language: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; able to comprehend and write simple instructions and correspondence.
• Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Reasoning: Able to apply common sense and follow written or oral instructions with attention to detail.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); typing speed of at least 60 WPM; experience with Viewpoint, Proactis, and OnBase is a plus.

Position Overview

We're seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our team and support our accounting, purchasing, and office operations. Physical Requirements

• Specific vision abilities needed: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
