Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
• At least 3 years of shipping & receiving experience is strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Required tool list: tape measure and folding utility knife.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.
• Must be able to learn and utilize company specific software.
• Great organization skills and attention to detail are required.
• Problem solving skills are required.
• High level of energy and motivation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, frequent and mandatory overtime and some weekends required.
• Must interact effectively with all levels of personnel, in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Check-in, match, count, and stock all incoming material.
• Enter incoming & outgoing materials into RoesTrac.
• Report any discrepancies to the Receiving Specialist and assist appropriately.
• Pack, seal, and return materials in a timely manner.
• Serves as point person for employees who needs items from the cage.
• Regularly communicates information regarding materials to all required parties.
• Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
• Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
