Job summary

Roeslein Modular Fabrication in Red Bud, IL is seeking a Receiving Associate to check-in, verify contents, enter data into RoesTrac, and manage material flow at our 500,000 sq ft facility.

This role requires forklift experience, 3+ years in shipping/receiving, and basic Microsoft Office skills. The position demands overtime and some weekend work, and offers ESOP ownership, competitive pay, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• 3+ years shipping & receiving experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Must be able to operate basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and some weekends.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Check-in, match, and stock all incoming material.
• Enter incoming & outgoing materials into RoesTrac.
• Report discrepancies to Receiving Specialist and assist as needed.
• Pack, seal, and return materials promptly.
• Serve as point of contact for colleagues requesting items from the cage.
• Communicate materials status to required parties.
• Maintain attendance in line with policy and work safely.

Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) is a key manufacturing facility of Roeslein & Associates, specializing in the fabrication and integration of turnkey modular systems for industries including beverage can manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas, and industrial processing. Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment. In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Red Bud, IL facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Receiving Supervisor, this position will be responsible for receiving incoming material, verifying contents, entering information into RoesTrac, and ordering materials when needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Check-in, match, and stock all incoming material.
• Enter incoming & outgoing materials into RoesTrac.
• Report any discrepancies to the Receiving Specialist and assist appropriately.
• Pack, seal, and return materials in a timely manner.
• Serves as point person for employees who needs items from the cage.
• Regularly communicates information regarding materials to all required parties.
• Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
• Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
• At least 3 years of shipping & receiving experience is strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Required tool list: tape measure and folding utility knife.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.
• Must be able to learn and utilize company specific software.
• Great organization skills and attention to detail are required.
• Problem solving skills are required.
• High level of energy and motivation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, frequent and mandatory overtime and some weekends required.
• Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.

Pay Range

Salary Range: USD $22.00/Hr. - USD $25.00/Hr.
