Job summary

Roeslein Modular Fabrication in Red Bud, IL is hiring a Receiving Clerk to verify and document incoming materials. Reporting to the Receiving Supervisor, you will check-in, count, stock, and unload items, while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Check-in, match, count, and stock all incoming material.
• Unload and receive materials per SOP.
• Report discrepancies to Receiving Specialist.
• Pack, seal, and return materials timely.
• Serve as point person for employees needing items from the cage.
• Maintain regular attendance per policy.
• Work safely and in accordance with company requirements.

Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) is a key manufacturing facility of Roeslein & Associates, specializing in the fabrication and integration of turnkey modular systems for industries including beverage can manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas, and industrial processing. Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment. In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Red Bud, IL facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Receiving Supervisor, this position will be responsible for receiving incoming material and verifying contents

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Check-in, match, count, and stock all incoming material.
• Unload and receive materials in accordance with the receiving standard operating procedure.
• Report any discrepancies to the Receiving Specialist and assist appropriately.
• Pack, seal, and return materials in a timely manner.
• Serve as point person for employees who need items from the cage.
• Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
• Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
• One (1) year of shipping & receiving experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Required tool list: tape measure and folding utility knife.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.
• Must be able to learn and utilize company specific software.
• Great organization skills and attention to detail are required.
• High level of energy and motivation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, frequent and mandatory overtime and some weekends required.
• Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.

Pay Range

Salary Range: Starting from USD $20.00/Hr.
