Job summary

Roeslein Modular Fabrication in Red Bud, IL is hiring a Receiving Clerk to join its employee-owned team. You will verify and process incoming materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting safety, quality, and on-time production.

Responsibilities include check-in, counting, stocking materials, unloading shipments, reporting discrepancies, packing and returning items, serving as the cage contact, and adhering to attendance and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year shipping & receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Required tool list: tape measure and folding utility knife.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required.
• Must learn and utilize company specific software.
• Great organization skills and attention to detail required.
• High level of energy and motivation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and some weekends.
• Must interact effectively with all levels in a team environment.
• Must comply with Roeslein’s core values for safety and relationships.

Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

This position is eligible for a$500 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment. In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Red Bud, IL facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
• One (1) year of shipping & receiving experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Required tool list: tape measure and folding utility knife.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.
• Must be able to learn and utilize company specific software.
• Great organization skills and attention to detail are required.
• High level of energy and motivation.

Pay Range

Salary Range: Starting from USD $20.00/Hr.
