Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Receiving/Inventory Associate to inspect and process incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and ensure accurate receipt operations.

Job Description Summary

Essential Functions:

• Unloads, verifies, and inspects incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Records and reports delivery details and any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate parties.
• Communicates with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any issues with shipments.
• Stages deliveries in designated locations for delivery and putaway.
• Upkeeps records and files of received goods, processes returned goods, and tracks packages internally.
• Maintains all transporting vehicles used to move supplies throughout Hospital.
