Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Marion, Ohio, to support warehouse operations and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves processing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time performance and resolving discrepancies.

The position offers a base rate of $22.18 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, plus a $1,500 retention bonus after 120 days and a comprehensive benefits package. Evening shift runs Monday–Friday with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and background check/drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Processing inbound and outbound shipments in the warehouse.
• Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Interact with warehouse associates and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with daily and weekly reports.
• Jointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics.
• Prioritize workload and be flexible to position requirements.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor.
