Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates in Ohio for a 2nd shift role. Earn $21.14/hr base plus $1.00 shift differential, with a $1500 sign‑on bonus. Duties include loading/unloading, staging, quality checks, and maintaining safe, organized areas.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently, provide customer service, multitask, organize, remain flexible, and manage time efficiently.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non‑climate‑controlled conditions.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to work the required schedule and specific location.
• Complete a Penske employment application, background investigation (including past employment, education and criminal history), and drug screening.
• This position is designated safety sensitive; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.
