Job summary

El Super Store #21 Paramount is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join the Store Operations Team. Under the direct supervision of the Store Director, you will manage the receiving department’s overall operation and ensure accurate intake of goods.

In a fast-paced grocery environment in Paramount, CA, the role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, standing, and walking throughout shifts. The position offers starting pay of $16.90 per hour and opportunities for growth within the Chedraui USA group.

Candidates should possess the ability to:

• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

The Opportunity

Under direct supervision of the Store Director, the Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the entire operation of the receiving department for the store.
