Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Winnie, TX 77665This position is responsible for operating a forklift, as well as picking, packing, sorting, shipping and receiving of orders to meet the facility's productivity and quality goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives and unloads freight both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Checks for damaged goods
• Verify quantity and quality of order with purchase order
• Delivers and retrieves product from storage areas
• Tags and issues product
• Stocks shelves and rotates inventory
• Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates
• Assembles pallets or selects preassembled containers, inserts items into containers, using spacers, fillers, and protective padding
• May operate forklift, reach truck or stand up order picker to move, transport, or hoist material
• Observe all safety precautions and wear appropriate PPE at all timesCross-train on alternate assignments and perform duties in other work areas as needed
• Maintain Housekeeping in assigned work area
• Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager
