Staffmark Group in Vidalia, GA is seeking a Receiving Clerk to support the warehouse by unloading shipments, entering data into the SAP system, and ensuring accurate, timely stock updates. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload containers and receive products into the SAP system.
• Scan incoming products and prepare pallets for storage.
• Process receiving transactions using internal and external documentation.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and receiving paperwork for accuracy.
• Adjust inventory records and raw material quantities as needed.
• Receive and process product transfers.
• Sign for incoming deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
• Assist with locating products within warehouse storage bins.
• Help unload containers and support receiving operations.
• Perform daily inspections of forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain communication with coworkers, coordinators, and management.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.

• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
