Blue Diamond Attachments in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dependable Receiving Clerk to unload, verify, and process incoming shipments in our onsite warehouse. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with no nights or weekends; competitive pay and benefits. You’ll have health insurance, an H.S.A. match, 401(k) with employer match, and paid holidays with generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of receiving, warehousing, or related administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work reliably in a physical warehouse environment.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming packages against orders and invoices for quantity, quality and accuracy.
• Receive shipments and sign off on delivery paperwork.
• Label deliveries and maintain organized inventory records.
• Communicate with suppliers or shippers to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory control and general warehouse organization.
• Perform housekeeping to keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in safety regulations; pursue forklift cert as needed.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our supply chain — unloading, verifying, and accurately processing incoming shipments to keep our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a structured environment, and enjoys being part of a team that keeps things moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming packages against orders and invoices, checking quantity, quality, and accuracy
• Receive shipments and sign off on paperwork upon delivery
• Label deliveries and maintain organized, accurate inventory records
• Communicate with suppliers or shippers to resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with inventory control and general warehouse organization
• Perform regular housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean and safe
• Maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with safety regulations
• Work toward and maintain forklift certification

Qualifications
