Job summary

Twin City Dealerships in Alcoa, TN is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and to assist with orders and shipping. You will process orders, help unload incoming freight, and ensure every customer receives an accurate, courteous experience.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a professional attitude.

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to be the first point of contact for incoming inventory and the last point of contact to assist customers in order purchases. In this role, you’ll assist in unloading incoming freight pulling and shipping customer orders and making sure the customer receives an accurate order and a positive experience.
