Job summary

Twin City Dealerships is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for incoming inventory and the last contact to assist customers in order purchases. You will help unload freight, pull and ship orders, and ensure each customer receives an accurate order and a positive experience.

If you have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and enjoy helping people, we would love to have you on our team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for customers in a timely and correct manner.
• Process incoming freight and put away to assigned bins.
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
