Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our California store in Chula Vista. You will unload, audit, and stage product to ensure accurate inventory and smooth store flow.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended peak-season hours. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork properly.
• Store products to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Adhere to safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified).
