Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Fresno, CA is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at the store. You will unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory and ensure receiving paperwork is completed.

We prefer candidates with 1–2 years of warehouse experience and forklift certification, strong communication, and attention to detail. The job requires adaptability to weather, fast pace, and extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Attentive to detail
• Able to work in different weather conditions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available for extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with company values
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse
• Perform other duties as directed by management
• Adhere to safe lifting practices and SOPs
• Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified)
