Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Rancho Cucamonga is hiring a Receiving Associate to support store warehouse operations, including unloading, auditing, and staging inventory for counting and inspection.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience; forklift certification is preferred. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in varying weather and fast-paced conditions with extended hours during peak seasons are important.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with Floor & Decor core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Adhere to safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift cert required).
