Job summary

OneSource Distributors is hiring a Warehouse Associate in San Leandro, CA. You will maintain inventory, read orders, and move materials to staging areas to support accurate picking and shipping. The job requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and use of RF scanners and Eclipse software.

Shift is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. We offer healthcare, dental and vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and development programs to grow with the team.

Qualifications

Electrical, industrial, and/or distribution experience preferred but not required.
High School diploma or GED, or
6 months of related experience and/or training, or
An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; record location of inventory.
Read orders to determine products to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Load, unload, and move materials from storage to staging areas per tickets.
Wrap, label, and mark material for easy identification and loading.
Operate RF scanners and other hand‑held devices.
Use Eclipse to confirm picking and staging of materials and verify counts.
Document shipments and changes in Eclipse.
Complete cycle counts and verify stock quantities on request.
