Job summary

OneSource Distributors is hiring a Warehouse Associate in San Leandro, CA. You will maintain inventory, read orders, and move materials to staging areas to support accurate picking and shipping. The job requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and use of RF scanners and Eclipse software.

Shift is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. We offer healthcare, dental and vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and development programs to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Electrical, industrial, and/or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or GED, or
• 6 months of related experience and/or training, or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Load, unload, and move materials from storage to staging areas per tickets.
• Wrap, label, and mark material for easy identification and loading.

• Use Eclipse to confirm picking and staging of materials and verify counts.
• Document shipments and changes in Eclipse.
• Complete cycle counts and verify stock quantities on request.

What you will do

• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; record location of inventory.
• Read orders (customer, work, shipping, transfer) to determine products to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Load, unload, and move materials from storage to staging sites or designated areas per sales tickets.
• Properly wrap, label, and mark material for easy identification and loading.
• Use manual lifts, reach trucks, and transfer equipment (requires applicable safety and operational training).
• Operate RF scanners and other hand‑held devices.
• Use Eclipse to confirm picking and staging of materials, ensuring proper piece count for drivers and customers.
• Document shipments and changes in inventory using Eclipse.
• Complete cycle counts and verify quantities of stock on request.

What you will bring

• Electrical, industrial, and/or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or G.E.D.; or
• 6 months of related experience and/or training; or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse environment.

Salary Range

• Non‑exempt position pays between $22.00 – $25.00 per hour. The actual range may differ based on location within California.
