Job summary

OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar family, is hiring for an Order Selector in San Leandro, CA. This non-exempt role operates in a warehouse, using cherry pickers, forklifts, and other MHE to assemble customer orders.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cherry pickers, forklifts, and Bendi machines.
• Experience with warehouse shipping processes.
• Detail-oriented with safety focus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Familiar with MHE for moving goods.
• Strong teamwork and communication with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders according to RF device instructions.
• Operate picker equipment to retrieve items from shelves and storage areas.
• Process order instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Transfer product pipe from racks to banding cradle safely and ergonomically.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Inspect products for damage and report issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist in inventory management.
