Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Receiving/Warehouse Associate for the Marion, OH area. The role involves unloading raw materials, checking in inventory, scanning materials, and delivering to production lines. You will train new hires and perform daily 5S tasks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The shift is 1st shift, Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with overtime as needed. Base pay is $17.00 per hour, with full-time benefits available from day one.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Computer skills to fulfill responsibilities.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to engage in consistent physical activity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Leadership skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload raw materials from trailers and stage on Receiving dock.
• Check in products against packing slips.
• Use computer to scan materials headed to production.
• Pick products according to sheets and routes.
• Deliver product to production lines and replenish as needed.
• Train new hires on receiving processes.
• Perform daily 5S tasks to maintain order.
• Maintain safety in the receiving area.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
