Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary Employnet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. The Receiving Associate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying products and quantities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are properly organized and stored.

Job Duties

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Verify products and quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Label, sort, and organize incoming products.
• Accurately enter receiving information into inventory systems.
• Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Stock and stage products in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks while following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
• Report damaged products, shortages, or shipment discrepancies to management.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and inventory organization.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
