Job summary

EMCO Wheaton Retail in Wilson, NC is seeking an experienced Receiving associate to support daily material intake and inventory accuracy. This dayshift role requires hands-on work, overtime as needed, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will receive products, enter data, handle small package shipments via UPS, freight shipments, and perform cycle counts while maintaining safety and attendance.

Qualifications

• 3 years Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years Computer experience with receiving and inventory required.
• Prior forklift certification required.
• Prefer experience with UPS on-line and LTL.
• Must be flexible and willing to work in any area assigned.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work overtime as required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Essential job functions:

• Receive incoming products in the system and place products in appropriate locations.
• May process small package shipments using Federal Express and UPS.
• May process freight shipments using all methods of outgoing freight carriers.
• Cycle count inventory.
• MUST have Stand Up Forklift Experience.

Minimum requirements:

• 3 years Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years Computer experience with receiving and inventory required.
• Prior forklift certification required.
• Prefer experience with UPS on-line and LTL.
• Must be flexible and be willing to work in any area assigned.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Able to work overtime as required.
• Maintain acceptable attendance record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
