Jobot Consulting in Newport Beach, CA seeks a reliable Receiving Associate to join our fast-paced team in aerospace manufacturing. You will verify incoming materials, enter receiving data, and ensure shipments are prepared, tracked, and delivered on time, while maintaining accurate records.

You will collaborate with the sales team to provide daily order updates and help keep clients informed. The position is on-site, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and bilingual Spanish skills are a

• 2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred).

Job Details

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will review customer orders, accurately enter them into our shipping system, and ensure each shipment is prepared, processed, and delivered on time. You'll also work closely with our sales team, providing daily updates on order status to help keep our clients informed and satisfied.

This position will be fully on-site.

Hours: 6am to 230pm

Days: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:

• Verify incoming materials and parts against consignment or purchase records to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect packages for damage, safely move items to designated internal workstations for metal finishing, and keep accurate digital records.
• Checking incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and supplier certificates to verify part numbers, quantities, and condition.
• Accurately entering receiving data, generating barcodes, and tracking items in software systems
• Track outgoing shipments and resolve delivery issues when needed.
• Maintain daily communication with the sales team regarding order status and completion updates.

Qualifications
