• Ability to multitask and manage competitive delivery schedules.
• Basic understanding of invoicing and purchase order processes.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log all deliveries for the hotel and its tenants.
• Schedule and coordinate delivery windows with vendors and internal departments.
• Instruct vendors on delivery procedures and property protocols.
• Verify received items against purchase orders and packing slips; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, including logs and signatures.
• Coordinate with department heads and tenants for timely distribution of goods.
• Process invoices through Accounts Payable and support month-end processes.

Summary of Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Receiving (Primary Function)

• Receive, inspect, and log all deliveries for the hotel and its tenants
• Schedule and coordinate delivery windows with vendors and internal departments to avoid conflicts and delays
• Instruct vendors on delivery procedures, drop-off locations, and property protocols
• Follow through on all deliveries to confirm completion, accuracy, and condition of goods received
• Verify received items against purchase orders and packing slips; flag and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of all deliveries, including logs, signatures, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with department heads and tenants to ensuretimelydistribution of received goods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
• Support a positive team environment by cooperating and communicating effectively with vendors, guests, and fellow employees.
• Maintain professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and dependable attendance.
• Demonstrate the company’s Lead with Love culture by being patient, respectful, honest, and supportive of fellow team members.
• Remain flexible to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during inventory periods asrequired.
• Perform otherduties asassigned by leadership.

Accounting (Secondary Function)

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy against purchase orders and receiving records
• Process invoices through Accounts Payable
• Identifyand resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Assist Accounting staff with data entry, filing, and other administrative support as needed
• Support month-end processes related to receiving and accounts payable documentation
