Job summary

GreenGate Fresh LLLP in Salinas, CA is seeking a Receiver to enter raw product data into Navision (NAV) and manage inbound shipments. This role acts as the liaison across production, QA, Ag Ops, accounting, and sales to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely updates.

The successful candidate will perform daily inventory, generate holdover reports, and reconcile data across multiple systems. Forklift operation, attention to detail, and ability to work varying shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Receiver is required.
• Experience receiving commodities/produce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to operate a forklift and use a weight scale.
• Strong attention to accuracy and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter all raw product data into Navision (NAV) accurately and timely.

Summary:The Receiver is responsible for the timely and accurate entering of all raw product commodities into Navision (NAV). This person will serve as point of contact for all inbound shipments. This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee all weight data collected within the receiving documentation requirements (pack out)Perform daily inventory of all raw product while creating holdover reportsPerform daily hold over adjustments through inventory reports in NAVResponsible for reconciling entered data from Nav, Do Forms Field Tag, and Pack Out reportsResponsible for daily communication with Production, QA, Ag Ops, Accounting, and Sales regarding inventory levels or receiving statusCheck all entries throughout the day for accuracyAssist Distribution Supervisor with training new ReceiversAnalyze and recommend inventory improvements and processes to increase inventory accuracyMaintain immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action where necessary.Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of the jobThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees in this position.
