Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a high-demand, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Essential overtime may be required
• SanMar Lift Operator Certification every three years may be required

Responsibilities

• Unload and load product by following standard operating procedures.
• May use electric Power Jack to move pallets and/or product.
• Maintain positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, customers and co-workers.
• Meet minimum standards and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to safety regulations.
