Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers. You’ll unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise, using pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.

The role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting, attention to detail, and a friendly, helpful attitude with customers and teammates. Shifts vary and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• 3 months forklift/power equipment experience
• 6 months warehouse stocking/inventory experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver smart customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves
• Verify deliveries and operate dock prep and equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage deliveries and resolve customer order issues
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
