Job summary

SanMar seeks an Equipment Operator for its Jacksonville distribution center to locate and move product safely using RF scanning, load/unload, and fulfill customer orders. The role requires 1–3 years of lift operator experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of lift operator experience.
• Able to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment using RF unit to scan movement of product and locate locations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and manage checkout/return in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment per OSHA guidelines every three years.
