Responsibilities include checking in drivers, reconciling purchase orders in ERP, maintaining records, and overseeing labeling, inventory updates, and forklift operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain and/or shipping/receiving in a manufacturing industry required.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Valid Forklift License
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers and route to appropriate dock or location for unloading.
• Verify product list against purchase orders for discrepancies in ERP system.
• Maintain internal record-keeping systems.
• Ensure proper storage of finished and unfinished goods.
• Ensure correct labels and tickets before shipping.
• Print bills and resolve discrepancies.
• Route documentation to records unit.
• Answer driver calls and provide facility directions.
• Update inventory as received/shipped.
• Support pallet control and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Operate forklift or other equipment to load/unload and store goods.
• Package products for return to vendors and complete paperwork.

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating the clerical tasks for the Prefab department. The daily functions are to ensure shipping documents are processed with accuracy, on time, and in full compliance with all vendor and regulatory requirements, including all product and shipping container labeling requirements.

DUTIES & SCOPE:

• Checks in Drivers, use ERP System to looks up purchase orders provided by drivers and directs them to the appropriate dock door or location for unloading of product.
• Verifies list of products unloaded and recorded by forklift driver against a purchase order to determine if all products were received or if there are discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages) in ERP System.
• Maintains internal record-keeping systems.
• Ensures proper storage of finished and unfinished goods within warehouse.
• Ensures proper labels and tickets have been applied before shipping.
• Prints all bills assists in resolving any discrepancies.
• Collects all documentation and routes to the proper record-keeping unit.
• Answers incoming calls from drivers and gives directions to the facility.
• Update product inventory as it is received and or shipped.
• May direct and oversee the pallet control and exchange program, participate in cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift or other equipment to load, unload transport, and store goods.
• Packages products for return to vendors and fills out any paperwork necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain and/or shipping/receiving in a manufacturing industry required
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Valid Forklift License
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills with ERP Systems and proficient in MS Office
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and administrative skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts.
• Detail-oriented and multitasking skills.
