Curtis Lumber Co Inc. in Ballston Spa, NY is seeking Receivers to receive and verify all incoming merchandise and materials in our outdoor lumber yard. This full‑time role starts at 6:30am and offers a starting pay of $20–$22 per hour, with annual raises based on performance.

You will follow receiving policies, operate equipment safely (including propane forklifts), and lift 50–80 lbs regularly. Customer service is part of the daily duties in a hands-on outdoor setting.

Qualificações

Our lumber yard is looking to find experiencedhard working individuals to join our team of Receivers to receive and verify all incoming merchandise and materials into the facility, this position works outside in our lumber yard.

$20 - $22 starting rate depending on experience! Annual performance based raises.

• Full time 40+ hours per week - Start time 6:30am
• Understand and follow receiving policy and procedure
• Safe and proper use of equipment and materials
• Work outside year-round
• Customer service
• Paid weekly on Fridays
• Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
• Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately
• Must be able to lift 50-80lbs regularly and able to operate a propane forklift safely
• Must wear PPE
• Building material product knowledge a plus
