Job summary

Empire Packing is seeking a Process Clerk in Denver to accurately enter receivables and balance accounts. The role involves recording Receivers in Log Books, verifying entries, and processing items from the Pork Usage Sheet into multiple logs and manifests.

Attention to detail and overtime flexibility are essential. The worker will manage daily data across three categories (KINGS/DILLON/SAUSAGE), print manifests, and ensure all figures align with Rasc Reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must attend work consistently and maintain reliability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter all Receivers into Log Book and verify entries.
• Balance receivables and ensure accurate data entry.
• Process Pork Usage Sheet items into Log Sheets and Manifests.
• Verify inventory balances and update corresponding logs.
• Print and reconcile daily and weekly manifests for three categories.
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain proper documentation.
