EMIT Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team in Sheridan, WY. You will verify deliveries, inspect items, document receipts, and ensure accurate ERP entries to support production and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include labeling items, maintaining FIFO, operating the VLM when needed, and coordinating with Purchasing and SCM to resolve receiving issues. We value reliability and safe, efficient material handling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage, quality, and count accuracy, then record receipts in ERP.
• Label items with MO tags, barcodes, or color-coded bins for traceability.
• Deliver or stage materials maintaining FIFO and coordinate with teams for replenishment.
• Operate and maintain the Vertical Lift Module (VLM) to support storage and ERP transactions.
• Report discrepancies and assist with vendor returns with Purchasing and SCM.
• Upload packing slips, certifications, and COAs per SOP and maintain ERP traceability.
• Safely unload trucks and maintain organized receiving lanes per safety standards.
