Job summary

Open Plan Systems is seeking a responsible Receiving Clerk to receive, inspect and record shipments. You will unload packages, check contents against orders, and label items for inventory. A keen eye for detail and basic math are essential for accurate stock control.

Responsibilities include entering counts into the system, notifying supervisors of discrepancies, and maintaining orderly, clean storage areas while following manufacturing processes. High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and recording abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and sign paperwork on receipt.
• Unload packages from trucks and inspect contents for damage.
• Record inventory counts in the computerized system.
• Label deliveries and allocate stock to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records and keep the area clean and organized.
