Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Data Key Entry Specialist in Receivables Operations to accurately key and verify transaction data daily, ensuring timely processing and client satisfaction. You will work in a structured team with defined processes and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include reviewing transactions, correcting OCR data, entering invoice and payment details, handling exceptions, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications

• Ability to confirm and/or correct data presented for capture to align with source documents.
• Maintain an efficient productivity pace with high accuracy.
• Proficient alphanumeric data entry skills.
• Meet deadlines and support peak processing volumes.
• Follow outlined processes and procedures consistently.
• Work effectively in a diverse team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review transactions and verify/enter required data fields based on documents.
• Correct OCR-extracted information, especially low-confidence fields.
• Key invoice and payment details from source documents using hierarchy.
• Key coupon scanlines and payment amounts when required.
• Follow rules for missing/illegible information and other exceptions.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer and transaction information.
