Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage products returned by customers for recalls including count return product and package for disposition.
• Support recall specialist in recall activities, including answering customer inquiries and issuing call tags to customers.
• Organize the returned area for timely processing of returned product.
• Assist in FDA recall effectiveness visits.
