Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Recall Administrative Specialist to manage customer recalls within regulated timelines. You will count, package, and disposition returned products, support recall activities, and respond to inquiries from customers.

You will organize the returns area for efficient processing and assist in FDA recall effectiveness visits. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in an administrative function.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage products returned by customers for recalls including counting and packaging for disposition.
• Support recall specialist in recall activities and respond to customer inquiries; issue call tags.
• Organize the returned area for timely processing of recalled products.
• Assist in FDA recall effectiveness visits.
