Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Rebuild Technician in Springfield, MO to support the preventative maintenance program across production lines. The role involves maintaining equipment, rebuilding parts, and coordinating with Shift Leads and leadership to meet business objectives.

The candidate should have strong mechanical skills, be able to work overtime and cover shifts, and be proficient with KHMS tools and SAP documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years documented experience working with mechanical equipment, components, and parts within an industrial workplace.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drive systems.
• Experience using predictive, preventative, and rebuild planned maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) practices such as 5S, centerline management, shift hand-offs, operational standard ownership/support, problem solving, etc.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to the specification listed on the preventative maintenance task list.
• Complete follow-up work orders for repairs that are found during a preventative maintenance task.
• Complete root cause failure analysis on equipment breakdowns using KHMS tools like breakdown cards and RCFA forms.
• Complete the development and provide information to improve the preventative maintenance plans.
• Complete planned equipment rebuilds/PM activities across the department.
