Job summary

IKO Industries is seeking a Financial Analyst - Rebates in Wilmington, DE to manage rebates and related pricing strategies. The role supports NA operations across customer rebates, pricing analysis, and profitability initiatives.

The position requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting/finance with 1–2 years of financial or accounting experience; manufacturing background is preferred. Flexible hours and up to 10% travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 1–2 years financial or accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Process customer rebates, including various types, accurately and timely.
• Monthly tracking and maintaining contractor rebate amounts and bundles purchased.
• Monthly preparation of the Buy Analysis and distribution to rebate/management personnel.
• Support the calculation and processing of customer rebates with rebate team.
• Assist in timely accruals of rebates on quarterly and year-end basis.
• Support contractor loyalty program payments and related data.
• Verify accuracy of invoices and accounting documents.
• Maintain databases for sales and rebate data.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on pricing proposals and rebate programs.
• Develop pricing reviews with Sales for gross-to-net impact.
• Assist in assessing ongoing performance of pricing strategies and programs.
• Audit pricing and rebate rules within the system.
